Return and Refund Policy – Jasuba Interiors

At Jasuba Interiors, we are committed to delivering high-quality blinds, wallpapers, window films, carpets, and artificial grass carpets. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we have outlined a clear and transparent Return and Refund Policy below.

Returns

- Customers may request a return within three (3) days of receiving their order for reasons including defects, damage, incorrect items supplied, or dissatisfaction with the product.
- Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Customized, personalised, or made-to-order products are not eligible for return unless they are delivered in a defective or damaged condition.
- Customers are required to provide valid proof of purchase and clear images or evidence of the issue before a return request can be approved.
- Return shipping costs will be covered by Jasuba Interiors only where the return is due to a defective product or an incorrect item supplied by us.

Refunds

- All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.
- Customers will be notified of the approval or rejection of their refund after inspection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within seven (7) days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or through an alternative arrangement mutually agreed upon.
- Delivery, installation, and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of an error on our part.

Exchanges

- Exchange requests must be made within three (3) days of receiving the product.
- Exchanges are available for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items, subject to stock availability.
- Where an exchange is not possible, a full refund will be issued in accordance with this policy.

General Conditions

- Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
- Jasuba Interiors reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
